We have finalized the selection of the dinner entree, which will be Chimichurri grilled tri-tip steak with an ancho red wine sauce.
Sides include: dauphinois potatoes (caramelized onions, Gruyere cheese and thyme), a roasted vegetable medley and cornbread muffins.
If you would prefer to not have red meat as your entree, please select the vegetarian option, or let Bekie or I know if you'd like to change a previous selection.
